Only if client/editor is paying travel allowance this includes airfares and accommodation.

Why don’t you travel?
I am very busy here.  I have no time to travel. I have a studio and beach locations very close by.
Taking a studio on a plane is not practical and bringing a beach is even more difficult.  Let alone organizing my team.  If you want to pay for it not a problem however it makes more sense for the model to come to us; less expensive.

Do you shoot tfp or free shoots?
No.


Will you shoot a tfp if i am an advanced model and i am super hot???
Unfortunately i do not need new pics so tfp even with advanced models are not needed.  The only time it does not cost the model money is if a magazine commissions a model for a shoot and they pay me.

What if other photographers never charge me and i get paid for shoots???

Its you who contacted me, not the reverse.  No free shoots, no exceptions.

Yes we do, we offer a full day shoot with a maximum of 3 models on the day for half the normal price..  Tuesdays- only when available.   Shoots are studio and location weather permitting and hair and makeup is inclusive. These will book out quickly so be sure to book well in advance.

Yes you can.  I have a large network of magazines and calendars I freelance for.  Not guaranteed to get into a magazine however as final model choice is up to magazine editors own discretion. When booking a package specify you would like to try to get magazine work.

Yes you can but guidelines are strict.  I have past models internationally who have contacts with editors they have done shoots for in the past; what happens is photos which are airbrushed can be cc to their contact and through both model and myself original files can then be sold to editor through me as I have copyright license. This gives model an opportunity to get herself published with high quality images.

If i would like to book how long in advanced should i book?
At least a month or 2 in advance.  A 50% deposit must be paid to make booking; otherwise bookings will only hold for 48 hours.  Final payment must be paid 2 weeks prior to shoot.

Can I cancel my shoot or change dates?

Once deposit is paid there is no refund of deposit given, you can however put your shoot on hold until a more suitable time as long as adequate notice is given.  There is an exception in the case of an emergency.  Dates of shoot can be changed as long as 2 weeks’ notice is given this then frees up space for another model to secure a booking.

How many shots do i take in a typical shoot?
a good starting number would be 150 on upwards to several hundred for a full day shoot.

Do you offer help with styling and posing?

Yes we do.

Will you send information prior to shoot?

Yes we will send you a preparation sheet

Can I have a location shoot only?

Yes you can I have a fully portable location equipment designed for outdoor  use.

What kind of camera do i use?
Canon 1DS mark II and III professional

Yes we do; models only.  Own room and bathroom.

Do you offer accommodation to my friend, boyfriend etc?

No we don’t, accommodation is limited to only models.  If you would prefer to bring someone along with you we can recommend alternative accommodation close by.

Airbrushing of images

Depending on package chosen a certain amount of airbrushed images will be supplied.  If wanting magazine quality airbrushing there is a waiting period for final product as each photo is individually hand done by myself and each photograph takes approx1 hour to complete.  Simple airbrushing such as removing blemishes and colour correction will take 1-2 days.

Can  I view my images privately?

Yes we have a private preview gallery with your own password protection online. All you do is select photographs you want airbrushed add them to your light box and I will then receive a copy of photos you have chosen; this removes the hassle of emailing back and forward with file numbers.

Can I order extra images to be airbrushed?

Yes you can.

 

Yes you can, we have a database and all photos are kept in library for this purpose.

If requested yes you do however they will only be low res on a DVD for personal use only, they are printable at 6 X 4.

Because you are only paying for a select amount through package chosen, this way the photographs you do receive are airbrushed and colour corrected.  This protects client/model/photographer from having images which are not completed circulating.

Yes we offer prints at cost price for you.  We do not charge you high prices for printing as you are already paying for your photo shoot.  We can organize printing or suggest a printer who will do it at my cost prices.

No you do not.  However digital is still similar to the old dark room methods, images will still need cropping and colour correction

Am i free to use the images from the shoot how i like?
Your paying me, of course you can, with the exception of magazines publications if you want to deal with magazines you must deal with them through me as my copyright license will be needed.


I need to send you a deposit, how do i do that?
www.paypal.com if you don’t have an account it’s easy to set up.  Otherwise I will send you bank detail and deposit can be paid directly into my account.



If i shoot with you can i make it on your main page?
Unfortunately no.  You can request my posting your pics but i can’t guarantee it.



What does it take to get a shoot with you?
I am willing to work with anyone having a positive outlook and a goal to create very high quality images.
You do not have to be a model to have a shoot.


Do you have a make up artist or hair stylist?
Yes Elizabeth is a qualified hairdresser with a diploma from Napoleon in makeup artistry and is also a qualified beauty therapist.

Yes we offer spray tans and prefer it when models are sprayed with us night prior to shoot; this way we can make sure tan is even and deep enough for photo shoot.  Price for spray tanning is $30 for a double spray.

Yes it is suitable for small to large jobs which range from advertising, still life, model shoots. The studio also contains a fully equipped hair and makeup salon.

Yes we use Cinderella hair extensions which are 100% European human hair blend.  The bonds are keratin tipped meaning application and removal are both pain free and non damaging to your own hair.  If you are interested we require 2 weeks minimum notice so color can be matched and correct shade can be ordered ready for your appointment.  Prices upon application as price varies depending on amount and length ordered. 

We also offer a full range of hair services such as style cuts, coloring, hair up, straightening etc if you have a look you are trying to achieve contact Elizabeth, she will advise you on whether it is achievable and the best techniques to use to achieve the desired result you are after.

Make up courses are also available and are recommended to both models and clients to teach you how to apply makeup to both enhance your best features and to disguise the not so great ones.  You will be taught techniques necessary for your individual needs whether they are photographic, evening or for work.
