Laurena Lacey

(Laurena Lacey (born on 29 April 1985 in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland

Laurena grew up on a farm, in the quiet countryside of Northern Ireland. However, milking cows and Irish dancing was not enough to keep her dreams fulfilled.  Laurena, whose parent’s toured America with Jerry Lee Lewis at the peak of his career had always had a dream for showbiz. Her first boyfriend at 7 years old was Lee Lewis, Jerry lee’s last born son.

Laurena started at the age of 16 with her involvement in hairshows and a catwalk for Tammy girl store. The current Playboy model, initially did not think modelling was a possible career, being 5'4" and from Northern Ireland.

Laurena left her county life to study A-levels of Beauty Therapy, Travel and Tourism, and English literature. Laurena then went on with her credits to University to study Property and Construction in Birmingham, England.

As Laurena met more people in the modelling industry, she was encouraged to pursue her dream career. The move to Birmingham, West Midlands, enabled modelling to become more frequent, Laurena was then scouted and signed with Supermodel Agency after a trip to Londons Celeb haunt ‘Chinawhites’ where she met her agent Phil Green.

Laurena became more known, appearing on the covers, and page 3 of British tabloids newspapers and in British Lads, Car and Bike mags. She also worked with Television X, presenting adverts, commercials, and lingerie companies such as Pabo.

Laurena has appeared in the Carmen Electra film I want Candy, BBC One's reality TV show Celebrity ScissorHand's, loving to entertain she worked in music videos, computer game productions. Laurena is also known as a very keen gamer!

In November 2006 Laurena landed a job in the US which led to her tour of the US, visiting LA, Florida, NYC, Chicago, Colorado, Dallas, Houston, NJ, Arizona, and a model signing in Peru, South America.

While in America, Laurena visited the Chicago Playboy office, having met the entire team, she then had a quick test shoot with their in house photographer. In just a few days she was shooting her pictorial for Cyber Girl of the Week, a feature of the Playboy website.

Laurena gained exposure at this time; she is now currently holding a fanbase of over 20,000 online.

Not long after her return to the UK, Laurena was asked back to the states to participate in a Hollywood Celebrity Catwalk for Noah's Arch animal welfare charity

For the event Laurena participated alongside Janice Dickenson, Jenna Jameson, Kendra Wilkinson, David Hasselholf and other Hollywood Celebs

After a pally invite from Hefs girl Kendra Wilkinson, Laurena spent the following two nights at the Playboy mansion, she pulled a job working for COPA Swimwear catwalk at the mansion.

Other clients in the states were Hustler lingerie, Electic Lingerie, Foxes.com, Top Mexico models Calendar, Chris Carlo Hollywood Calendar, and various swimwear clients. Laurena also worked with Ludacris, Ivanka Trump and Micheal Straham for Ed Hardy and Revolution Eyewear. Laurena made a host appearance at La'boheme club in Denver before her departure home.

Since, Laurena has been concentrating on her Spokes modelling Campaign for boundary scan company XJTAG http://www.xjtag.com touring Paris, Eidhoven, Munich, Birmingham and currently Japan for this project.

The Irish model has ventured down under to Australia on her attempt of world domination, she’s been really excited about going down under, being an avid wildlife/nature lover. Other than bumping her editorial presence, Laurena will be shooting for a video game in Sydney but is allowed to say only that due to the confidentiality restrictions.

Pending her trip to Australia, Laurena will return to London and booked to shoot for UK Playboy. Laurena will be then returning to America for the signing of her publication BTM magazine and shoot with Jarmo Pohjaniemi for US Playboy editorial.
